GB Whatsapp _ The new phenomenon in South Africa

GB WhatsApp was created by third party developers who wanted to build on the existing social media platform WhatsApp. It thus, has no connection to WhatsApp Inc none whatsoever.  The app is operational only on Android and is yet to be found on IOS. This is a clone of the real Whatsapp that allows you to hide message ticks, Auto-reply (just like WhatsApp Business accounts), allows you to see deleted status updates and more.

GB Whatsapp is the superman of applications when it comes to stocking and keeping tabs on peoples lives. In general, social media is a tool that allows you to keep tabs on what people are up to and the so called concocted fabulous lives. Having a GB Whatsapp user as a contact eliminates or rather give you minimal room to make an error in terms of forwarding unsolicited messages to the wrong person that carry weight and you on the other flank thinking by deleting it is the end of it. It gives you the edge, it is the prime watch dog.

Muting your colleagues that are GB Whatsapp users is a foreign concept when it comes to status updates. These users have the power to blue and grey tick any message at the palm of their hands. They are the epitome of the concept “big brother is watching you.”
